Spin999 believes the best entertainment is entertainment that is safe and controlled. This page provides everything you need — control tools, practical guidance, and help resources — to keep your gaming experience enjoyable.
Responsible gaming means playing with full awareness — knowing your limits, having fun without letting it disrupt your daily life, finances, or relationships. At spin999, we don't just provide games; we provide an environment that supports players in playing in a healthy way.
Online gambling is a form of entertainment — like watching a film or dining out — and it should be enjoyable, not a burden. Problems begin when someone keeps playing beyond their set limits, or uses money needed for essentials like rent, bills, or food.
Spin999 understands that not all players are in the same situation. Some can play without any issues throughout their lives. Others may go through certain phases where self-control needs strengthening. We provide tools for both groups — without prejudice and without unnecessary questions.
All of the following tools are accessible from your spin999 account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit based on what you can afford. Once the limit is reached, the system will automatically block any further deposits. Limits can be reduced instantly, but increasing a limit requires a 72-hour waiting period as a safeguard.
Set the maximum loss amount you're willing to absorb over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once the loss limit is reached, your account will be automatically blocked from placing any new bets for that period.
Set a maximum time limit for each playing session. When your session is about to end, spin999 will send you a reminder. This helps you stay aware of how long you've been playing.
Need a short break? Activate a playing pause for 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During the pause, you won't be able to log in or place any bets — giving you a full, pressure-free rest.
For players who need an extended period without access, the self-exclusion option lets you block your spin999 account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. The account cannot be reopened before the period ends except through a special review.
Activate reality check reminders that display a summary of your gaming activity — including time spent, total wagering amount, and results — at intervals you set. This helps you stay aware of your activity on the platform.
Open the spin999 website or mobile app and log in to your personal account.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner, then select "Settings" or "Account Controls".
All self-control tools are listed here — choose whichever suits your needs.
Enter the limit value or select a suitable period. Click "Confirm" and the relevant tool will activate immediately.
If you encounter any difficulties, the spin999 support team is ready to assist you 24/7 via live chat.
Identifying early warning signs is the most important first step. Don't wait for the problem to grow bigger before taking action.
Continuing to play or increasing your bet size solely to try to recover money already lost is a serious warning sign.
If you find yourself using money meant for bills, rent, or food to gamble, this is a very concerning sign.
If you feel the need to hide your gaming habits from family or friends, this is a warning sign that something is wrong.
Feeling unable to stop even when you've intended to, or repeatedly playing longer than planned.
Feeling deeply sad, angry, or anxious after a loss, or excessively euphoric after a win — to the point where it controls your mood for the rest of the day.
Work, family, or daily responsibilities are starting to suffer because too much time and energy is being spent on gaming.
More than just tools — these are the values and principles we uphold in every aspect of the spin999 platform.
Spin999 strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement through a thorough KYC process. Any account suspected of being underage is closed immediately. We take this seriously.
Spin999 does not send promotions intended to encourage players to play beyond their limits. Bonus offers are designed with clear terms and do not mislead players.
Every member of the spin999 support team is trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and knows how to help players in an empathetic and effective way.
The spin999 system monitors gameplay patterns and identifies changes that may indicate a problem. In concerning cases, we proactively reach out to players in a way that respects their privacy.
Once you activate a playing break or self-exclusion, no one — including spin999's own support team — can cancel it before the period expires. This protects you from impulsive decisions.
RTP values for all games on spin999 are openly displayed. Players have the right to know the actual odds before playing — and we hide nothing about how the games work.
